A new management company now manages our Ramsey Court Apartments that are now called Ridgeview. They are completely rerenovating and the renovations should be complete in mid November. No emergency housing

Unfortunately the Gallatin and South Carthage Housing Authorities are not set up for emergency housing. We work from a waiting list and have no current availability. Please see our application form if you would like to be placed on the waiting list. We offer some local preferences. Our preferences are for any one who is elderly, disabled, working an average of 32 hours per week for the last six months, enrolled full time in school, a victim of domestic violence, or displaced by natural disaster like a fire or a flood. If any of these apply please bring documentation along with your application to our office at 401 North Boyers Ave, Gallatin, TN

Modernizing for Convenience and Efficiency

Under the supervision of new Executive Director, Michael A. Bates, the Gallatin Housing Authority is pleased to unveil newly modernized units on Hull Circle and North Boyers Avenue.These units boast new energy star efficient appliances, lighting, as well as heating and air systems.The floors have been replaced with a durable vinyl floor covering as well as solid wood baseboards. The Gallatin Housing Authority took this renovation opportunity to include handicap accessible amenities  in a portion of these units.
