Property Manager

The Gallatin Housing Authority is seeking a highly motivated Property Manager with interpersonal skills and proven experience. Responsibilities includes but are not limited to directing day to day operations for one or more public housing developments, periodically inspecting facilities and grounds, maintaining housing occupancy level, rent determination and collection.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Public Housing Property Management Procedures
Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Fair Housing guidelines
Ability to maintain an organized filing and schedule system
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to residents, co-workers.
Good internal and external customer service skills
Ability to read, understand and explain resident ledgers
